The membership committee will be implementing a new process which provides monthly updates to our membership data base. A list comprised of the newly registered businesses in both the City of Shelton and Mason County will provide us the opportunity to contact the new businesses, welcome them and offer chamber membership. Team members include chair Mike Gango, Lisa Woodard, Jerry Eckenrode, and Member Services Director, Heidi McCutcheon.

The Ambassador’s have offered to include new members in their monthly meetings as an addition to New Member Orientations. We agree that this will offer our new members the benefit of a personalized welcome adjunct to the larger Membership Orientation. We applaud the ambassador’s for their commitment to community and the chamber. Our committee is willing to provide any assistance / support to the Ambassadors in their efforts with these new memberships.

The committee looks forward to sharing information about our chamber benefits and meeting the new members. If you are looking for a great opportunity to feature your business, think of hosting an "After Hours" or the monthly Membership Meeting. If you’re a small business owner, remember you don’t have to do this alone: why not co-host with a chamber buddy, business association, or featured guest? The benefits of hosting include: new and renewed contacts, personalized leads and a revitalized view of your business.

All members are encouraged to attend our monthly Member Services Committee on the 3rd Tuesday of each month 12:00-noon at the Chamber Board Room. We appreciate your input and ideas regarding membership and membership benefits.
