Our mission is to advocate and support enhanced economic vitality and improved quality of life for Shelton residents.
Vision statement: Enable Shelton’s Downtown Core, through partnerships, capital improvements, events, programs, and marketing, to supporting existing and attract new businesses. Promote beautification efforts and invest, encourage pride in ownership, while boosting long-term revenues. Work to improve Downtown Shelton’s image, enhance the pedestrian experience, and continually strive to reduce office and storefront vacancies, support residential development, while enhancing retail synergy.
